We humbly don’t take returns on items once sold.
If the customer has any issue with the product delivered then they can request for a replacement in size or in style provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met.

As our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with the quality or if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.

To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number. We will promptly review your case and assist you in resolving the issue.
Orders placed will reach you in a span of 15-21 days. We will keep you notified in case of a logistical delay.
