Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production process to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed.
Refund Policy
As our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with the quality or if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Damaged or Defective Items
